Tufting Industrial Carpets and Rugs with the insertion of thread through primary base and make possible the production of smooth products and with little evolutions of design and texture, the heights may vary from 3 to 70 millimeters of pelage height.
Jacquard Rugs and Carpets manufactured in state of the art looms by the weft and warp, making possible the production of smooth and designed products, even allowing the personalization of drawings and logos with a height that varies from 6 to 40 millimeters of pelage height.
Needles and Felts This process consist in building a carpet blanket through the needling process of synthetic fibers, forming a compact coating and making possible to make a flat and vertical surface (velvet and loop-bouclé).
Decorative Synthetic Grass Produced by the Tufting process, only in the green color and with a total height of 10 millimeters.
Spinning Productive process composed by a parallel, ring or extrusion spinning. We process polypropylene, polyester, nylon and a mix of thread for internal and for third parties use.
